RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

 

 

A. ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

 

All returned items must be new, saleable, currently active, uninstalled, unused, and originally sold by the E-Z-GO Division of Textron Inc. (hereinafter "E-Z-GO"). Furthermore, all returns must be made within ninety (90) days of the original invoice date. Proof of purchase required for all returns. All kit items must be in the original packaging. The condition of returned items at the time of receipt by E-Z-GO must be such that they can be placed into stock and re-sold without any rework (i.e. re-boxing, touch up painting, etc.). Any item(s) determined by E-Z-GO to not be in acceptable condition when received by E-Z-GO may subsequently be returned by E-Z-GO to customer at the customer's expense. The following items are excluded from the this return policy, and are not eligible for return:

We will not consider any obsolete, No Longer Available (NLA), excessive inventory or replaced by (R/B) items for return. Please Note: Transit damage does not constitute a reason for the return of parts and accessories. This is the responsibility of the handling carrier and all claims must be filed with that carrier. Items to be returned as a result of customer error must have a per-item retail value of $100.00 or more, or an invoice total of $50.00 or more
