The Contact Board Assembly is used on 1986-2007 E-Z-GO Vehicles. This item is the base plate and does require the necessary micro-switches and hardware in order to control the forward and reverse directions of your vehicle.

Used on 1986-2007 E-Z-GO 2-Cycle Gas and Electric Vehicles, excluding the 1995-current golf cars with regenerative braking, will not work on vehicles DCS (Drive Control System) or PDS (Precision Drive System)
A replacement of the forward & reverse assembly is needed when your vehicle has difficulty switching between forward and reverse, although other cables pertaining to the starter, and the micro-switch can contribute to complications
