Shopezgo.com Return Policy
Damaged Goods: E-Z-GO must be notified within five (5) business days of delivery of any goods received in damaged condition through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. Damaged goods must be returned to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Goods Received in Error: E-Z-GO must be notified within (5) business days of any goods shipped in error through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. Such goods must be returned uninstalled and in new condition. The goods must be returned to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Other Returns: A request to return new undamaged goods must be made to E-Z-GO within thirty (30) days of delivery through the submission of a Request for Merchandise Return Form. The goods must be returned in uninstalled and new condition. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted.
The following goods are not eligible for return, unless we ship you the wrong goods or they were received in damaged condition: Accessories, Electrical Items, Hardware, Product Manuals, Tires, Paint Pens, and Cleaning and Maintenance Products.
The costs of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be charged to you on all returned goods other than when: (i) we ship you the wrong goods, (ii) you receive goods in damaged condition, or (iii) the goods are subject to a warranty claim.
All returns require a return authorization number (“RA#”) that will be provided to you by email along with a return shipping label following receipt by E-Z-GO of a properly completed Request for Merchandise Return Form. Returns without an RA# will not be processed. All return authorizations are subject to review and approval by E-Z-GO.

For goods subject to a warranty claim, you should first contact the E-Z-GO Warranty Department at 1-877-394-6727.
Account Holders:To request a return, please take the following steps. Go to "your account"> Log in> Click Return >Select the Order you would like to return from the drop down box >Go to Item you would like to return >choose return reason >choose qty to return >submit request. A representative will contact you via email to confirm return request has been processed.
